"Let's talk"

"Let's talk" is a mental health awareness campaign that focuses on the strong feelings connected to the nighttime.

The campaign consists of four posters targeted at parents of struggling youth and an animation created for the ones with mental health problems. There is also a 3D model of the main character to present how it would look if the animation was developed in three dimensions.

The posters are in a limited color palette to show the seriousness of the matter and highlight the focus on the night.

The main idea behind creating this project was to make a campaign that would feel real and relatable to young people. Nighttime is the time when people are usually alone and there is no one looking at them or judging, therefore all those negative emotions can become visible. People cry, people feel lonely, people feel anxious or depressed at night, but no one likes to talk about that because sharing negative feelings or emotions is not seen as something people do. All that is shared on social media are the positives in others' lives.
